• Stringent adherence to Health & Safety – our company is fully engaged with all policies and the requirements of the Health and Safety Act.
• Competitive pricing and the ability to offer compliant alternatives at tender time
• An intimate knowledge of the Construction Contracts Act, our obligations to the client and customer
• Communication with the quantity surveyor with reference to any variation/ identification during the contract process. Upon agreement of any variation due, a full breakdown will be provided
• The ability to provide methodologies, programmes and completion on time
• QA procedures, testing and documentation
